On October 21st, in the setting of Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, the Napoli Fintech Lab received the 2023 Innovation Award from the SACE Group, as part of the Light Festival! organized by the QN Publishing Group.
The award was given to the Laboratory as the best open innovation initiative undertaken by the Group, with particular regard to the ability to integrate innovation profiles with those of social sustainability.
Inside the Napoli Fintech Lab, in fact, SACE has developed a prototype of a Fintech product dedicated to SMEs aimed at facilitating payment delays. At the end of the project, the Group also hired two Parthenope students who were able to attend the workshop free of charge.
The award was received by the Prorector for Sustainability Prof. Claudio Porzio and the Director of the Naples Fintech Lab Prof. Daniele Previtali.
