The Laboratory offers an interdisciplinary and specialized training plan, enabling the acquisition of distinctive professional knowledge and skills.
The development of participants’ technical skills is made possible because of a training plan and workshop activities that integrate theoretical content with more technical and practical aspects.
Teaching activities are carried out by university professors, managers and experts in the fintech industry. Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside key players in the financial sector and will benefit from supervision and mentoring of development and start-up projects. At the end of the project, participants will be supported in their search for the best professional opportunities.
In the Open Innovation Lab, financial partners challenge teams.
The working methodology used is Design Thinking. There are 4 fundamental phases: Exploration, Ideation, Prototyping and Validation.
The technology partner participates in the Laboratory by providing training and technical development for the project.
At the end of each phase, a meeting is planned to present the progress.
