The Laboratory offers a Qualified, Fast and Free high-level training plan, enabling the acquisition of distinctive professional knowledge and skills in designing fintech products and services.
The aim is to train a new job of the Fintech Project Manager, that is, a complexity manager, able to make the Financial and Technological parts interact effectively. The Laboratory is a Playground, where experimenting with a practical approach to training. Study and Do because designing means learning by exploring.
The Laboratory’s partners invest in new talent, bringing innovation to the university, experimenting with co-design logic, and making 10 internships available to the best participants. The Laboratory has two distinct paths and distinct activities.
Project duration 6 months (January-June 2024). Training and Laboratory are integrated for training functional to the project’s development.
Overall commitment of about 280 hours, except seminar and coordination activities, teamwork and individual study/work.
Courses are delivered remotely and mainly on weekends, except for the Python course delivered on Mondays and Thursdays in the late afternoon.
Blended formula laboratory | Carried out almost entirely on a remote platform, but some activities necessarily in presence (maximum 10 working days), all communicated in advance.
Attendance at 70% of the hours delivered is required, under penalty of forfeiting the Laboratory. In-presence activities are mandatory.
The Laboratory, upon availability and validity for the university/institution of the student’s provenance verified by the same student, may recognise training credits for curricular traineeships.
At the end of the activities, the University of Naples “Parthenope” issues a certificate of participation in the Napoli Fintech Lab, Laboratory of Financial Innovation.
The Lab guarantees 10 internships with partners. In addition, where required, we support individual participants in competitive selections for industry leaders.

Weekend and remote courses only.
On motivated request, the opportunity to attend some modules of the Open Innovation pathway.
100% attendance of the hours provided is required, under penalty of forfeiting the Laboratory.
The Laboratory ensures a presentation session of the idea to the partners.
At the end of the activities, the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’ issues a certificate of participation in the Napoli Fintech Lab, Laboratory of Financial Innovation.
